Who we are
Radial Change was born in in 2015 in London. A consultancy company, our focus is co-creating cultures that deliver an organisational vision.
We bring together academics, subject matter experts , experienced systems coaches and systems thinkers, to support culture transformation.
We work with businesses large and small, start-ups and mature multi-nationals, NGO’s and charities.

Culture is everything – it’s how we get things done. We partner with organisations to optimise their culture and support delivery on strategic objectives.
Our focus is to nurture a culture that promotes alignment within teams to take ownership of delivery.
We create spaces for forward-thinking organisations to explore, challenge, and take ownership of the behavioural changes needed, to meet the strategic objectives.
Radial Change bridges the gap between business strategy and cultural.The relationship between culture and strategy is mutual and reinforcing, with each influencing the other, because culture is a by-product of organisational values, beliefs and behaviours.
Culture can support or hinder strategy – a culture that is resistance to change for example or is risk- averse can create obstacles for strategy execution.
The disconnect between strategy and culture is usually played out is in group dynamics. Group dynamics is constantly shifting because of organisational changes or from external events. Our expertise lies in aligning group dynamics with strategy.
