Education & Training Solution: Three Lenses

We teach simple, applicable tools that teams can employ to promote behaviours that lead to the team thriving and performing.

We impact the individual and team behaviours to raise the vision up to the collective to harness the potential of full collaboration, so team goals are met without risking the wellbeing of the individuals, the team and the organisation.

We offer training at differing levels of engagement that we refer to as the “Let’s get comfortable series”.

The series spans individual self-paced learning to team-based training with differing levels of support.

Three Lenses

1. Individual
Bite sized learning designed for easy access and consumption. Recordings delivered for individual reflection
2. Team
Six Facilitated learning sessions delivered by trained certified team coaches.
3. Team plus support
Learning sessions the same as pillar two plus mentoring and coaching provided between sessions

Training Interventions

Objectives:

1. Understand Perspectives
Take the time to truly understand each team member's viewpoint, concerns, and underlying needs.
2. Seek Common Ground
Look for areas of alignment and shared interests, building a foundation for collaborative solutions.
3. Explore Creative Options
Encourage creative problem-solving, considering multiple alternatives to find a mutually beneficial resolution.

Toolkit:

Rituals
Implement regular team rituals, such as check-ins and retrospectives, to promote open communication and shared understanding.
Transparency
Encourage transparency in decision-making and information-sharing to build trust and alignment within the team.
Active Listening
Foster a culture of active listening, where team members are fully present and focused on understanding each other.
Language & Constructive Feedback
Consistent use of language to promote psychological safety. Provide and encourage constructive feedback, creating opportunities for growth and continuous improvement.
